Harpford Pty Ltd ("Harpford", "we" or "us") runs Harpford Academy from Cape Town, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the personal information you share with us on this page, as described in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

To send you what you bought, confirm your bookings, tell you about workshops you asked to hear about, and answer your questions. We only use your information for these reasons.

Only the service providers that help us run things, such as our payment provider (Yoco), our booking calendar (Cal.com) and our form and email tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your information.

5. How long we keep it

Only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or unsubscribe at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

1. Bookings and payment

Your workshop seat or Clinic session is confirmed once we've received your payment. Prices are in South African rand.

2. If we need to make changes

If we have to move or cancel a workshop, we'll let you know as soon as we can. You can move to the new date or ask for a full refund.

3. Refunds

4. Digital products

Kits, replays and templates are for use in your own business. Please don't share, copy or resell them.

5. Website Clinic sessions

Sessions are 30 minutes. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Our advice

We share practical, honest guidance, but results depend on your business and how you use what you learn. Legal templates are a starting point and are not legal advice.

7. The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA.
